Kathryn, like so many creatives, found her love of the performing arts at an early age. She recalls her first core memory of performing at the age of 8 years old, when she belted out a voice beyond her years to the tune of "Before He Cheats" mimicking Carrie Underwood, the American Idol star she voted for every week on the phone at home. Of course, she did not understand the context of this particular song, but she knew she'd begun to release her natural voice.
